Our commitment to selection, grading, quality and food safety of all our products is core to everything we do.

We have traceability systems in place that can track every product we produce from farm to fork in accordance to all CFIA, and GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) standards.

We offer our products in a variety of formats, from primal and sub-primal products to highly customized cuts in an array of packaging options; bulk packed combos; multiple box formats, vacuum packed options, gas flushed packs, layer pack, individual poly wrapped, custom boxes, and more!

Value Added Production

We offer value added solutions designed for convenience and to optimize labour for our customers such as:

  • Food Service portion control cutting and packaging.
  • Retail case ready tray pack meats available in a variety of different packaging technologies, labeling, and price labeling.
  • A full range of marinated ready to cook meat products.
  • Further processed meats, bacon, sausage, and dry cured products.

With our Global reach into international markets and the partnerships with our suppliers we are able to source from around the world for the right meat products to fill our customer’s needs.  In the lower mainland, we offer DSD and DC deliveries through our delivery fleet. Outside of the lower mainland, our logistic partners can deliver anywhere in Canada quickly and efficiently to guarantee maximum freshness and shelf life of all our products.
