Donald’s Fine Foods is a family-owned company providing specialty meat procurement, processing, and distribution of our quality products and services from three sites to customers in Western Canadian and International Markets. Our production and distribution facilities work in partnership to deliver an exceptional product.

Position Information:

This is a great opportunity for an individual to develop their career by enhancing their customer service skills through domestic and international communications, but also learn by working with other departments within the organization. We currently have two (2) open opportunities for you to join our Sales family.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, position at our Richmond facility located at 11528 Eburne Way.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide support to the Sales Team in fulfilling orders
  • Work with other Customer Service Representatives to ensure correct orders are communicated to the logistics team for order picking and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory, customer complaints, and promotional sales

An Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 1-year experience working in a busy office environment and high school graduate
  • Excellent customer service, detailed-orientation, and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of the English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin language, both oral and written
  • Intermediate levels working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
