Technician - Langley / Richmond Facility
Education:
Degree or Diploma in Food Science or related discipline
Experience:
1- 2 years in a food manufacturing facility
Duties:
- Testing of in-process finished products and raw materials
- Implement, Monitor, and enforce GMPs
- Support ongoing Quality and Food Safety Programs
- Utilizing a proactive approach to problem solving
- Perform hourly process checks
Requirements:
- Knowledge of quality management systems (GMP, HACCP)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Good laboratory skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to perform well under pressure in an organized and efficient manner
- Must be able to work all shifts
